Via Cargo Logistics Polska Sp. z o.o. commences operations. We launch the first forwarding of goods from Germany to Russia.

Further dynamic development of the company. The scope of the offer is extended by the distribution of spare parts for rolling stock, including monobloc wheels.

Rolling stock service and distribution of parts are assigned to the newly established company Via Cargo Technika Sp. z o.o.

In response to the expectations of Western European customers and the need for further development on the EU market, we have established a forwarding company Via Cargo Logistics GmbH, based in Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia.

Via Cargo Logistics Polska Sp. z o.o. is transformed into a joint stock company Via Cargo S.A.

Establishing of Exploris Holding Deutschland GmbH in Hamburg.

After the acquisition of railway companies from the German market, we establish Holding Exploris SA, with its registered office in Luxembourg. Via Cargo SA enters the structure of Exploris.

Opening of the own training school for loco drivers in Hamburg – HSL Akademie.

Establishing of the own carrier – HSL Belgium in Eupen.

Extension of the fleet of own rail vehicles by 80 tank wagons and coal wagons.
